Once upon a time, I was a single mom with a big dream: to own a home and stop drowning in medical bills. Most weeks, a good chunk of my paycheck disappeared into prescriptions, therapies, and insurance co-pays for my amazing (and disabled) son. I had a full-time job I loved, but no matter how hard I tried, saving money felt like trying to catch rain in a colander.
I’ve launched a few passion projects in other niches—like family history and travel—and over time, those sites have become proof that slow, steady effort (and a good strategy) can turn hobbies into income. I now own a home and the medical bills are paid off. But it took a lot of trial and error to get there.
Over the years, I tried everything to make extra money online:

I made $22.67 in five years of affiliate marketing. (Yes, I remember the number.)
But every failure taught me something. And eventually, I stumbled across a legit online community that helped me finally understand what works, what doesn’t, and how to stop wasting my time (and money) on garbage “opportunities.”
